Cajun comes to New York City![]() 11/3/03
If you ever wanted to try Cajun/Creole food or already like it but cant find it, GO HERE. The food is dead on authentic, very well prepared and delicious; obviously since the chef/owner worked at K-Pauls. The music is a very nice touch to a great night out since invariably you'll talk to your neighbors about the food or chef Steve when he floats around the room. |
real Cajun in Queens! by a chef Prudhomme student![]() 1/21/04
The place is intimate as is the jazz. The food ROCKS! Considering chef Steves years down at K Pauls its no surprise the food is 'perfect' as Cajun/Creole can be. The regular menu items are as good as the 'specials'. Try the classics and share the excellent appetizers. And the music is very nice accompaniment. |
